Beautiful appartement with nice terrace, modern and clean, had a wonderful time there in Barcelona.
The appartement is completely modernised with everything in it and in total about 50 m2 with a vide and a terrace. It was very clean and we enjoyed it a lot. We've been there 8 days, like to come back again. Living room with sofa, dinner table, small bureau, tv (we did not use) and most important air conditioning. In the kitchen a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. In a small but nice corner a bathroom with a very good shower, washbasin and toilet. The bed was a little small in our perception (140 cm width, we are used to 180 cm) but nevertheless cosy and is on a vide you reach by the staircase in another corner of the appartment. It is direct under the roof (for adults you can not fully standing straight there) and becomes warm in summer, so it’s important to set the air conditioning on time, a few hours before you go to sleep, and the electric roller shutter of the terrace window down, then you can sleep well. The bed was for us a little to firm however. The appartment is on the 4th floor and with a very nice terrace with the large sunshade, where you can sit for breakfast and you beer at night, overlooking parts of the city and the hills on one side of Barcelona. On the terrace there is most times a little wind, very nice when it’s warm in Barcelona. There is an elevator, especially comfortable when you arrive and go with your luggage and/or groceries. Without the elevator, it would be a struggle. The neighbourhood is cosy, really Spanish with most local people, nice terraces, small bars, good but cheap eating, not really touristic (we really liked it!). The bus and metro stations are near (4-7 min walking), a food market with large supermarket and some small (24/7) markets, bakery and greengrocer very nearby 2-3 min walking. From El Prat airport to the appartment was only 2 different metro trains (about 45-60 min) or by bus (46) in about 35 min.
A little less firm mattrass. Maybe placing the bed in the living room (less warm in summer). Small missing things like a shelf for your stuff in the bathroom above the mirror, towel hooks next to the washbasin, clothes drying rack.

Beautiful apartment, would recommend staying!
It is a beautiful flat! I particularly enjoyed the balcony and the unique design of the property, not to mention the amazing hospitality of the host Elias :)
The only issue with the flat is that because of the way the property is structured heat tends to accumulate in the bedroom upstairs. You can combat this by having the air con on all day/night but it isn't ideal and can be hard to get a nice temperature throughout the property
